You may return your unused products within 72 hours after the date of delivery. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds (if any) are granted:
Product with any signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after the date of delivery.
● All damaged or missing item reports must be submitted within 72
hours after the order is delivered. Once reported, our shipping
department will directly be responsible for following up on
damaged or missing products.
● Rëzo is not responsible for lost or stolen products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first verify the form of payment used
and check your bank or credit card issuer. Remember, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
